Volunteer Opportunities!

The Norfolk Youth Basketball Association is an instructional basketball program that is dedicated to promoting fair play and sportsmanship.

Through instruction and game play, players are encouraged to increase their skill level and improve as team players. At each age level, volunteers can assist the coaches to help all the players improve their skills.

All activities, whether exercises, drills, or game play, are greatly enriched when there are more adults monitoring fewer player, each. The kids learn quicker, and do better, and the volunteers find it very rewarding.

We would like you to consider volunteering some of your valuable time to help us coaching in some capacity. All needed training is provided, however, most coach assistants find it a very short learning path.
